Drone Property Filming & aerial Photography, North Wales

Updated: May 15, 2020

Drones and properties are a match made in heaven. For sales and lettings, there is no better way to market a property. The unique angles achieved with drone technology, both at 400ft and at head height, means that we can create a full insight into the property, land and surrounding views in a couple of hours of drone filming.

In early 2020, we were approached by Duff & Phelps Ltd. a property company based in the Shard in London. They asked us to capture a set of aerial photographs and to create a short drone video of a listed building, near Ottery St Mary, in Devon.

We made sure to get up particularly early on this cold morning in February, to capture the sun as it rose over the surrounding hills. We were not disappointed.

Duff & Phelps were extremely happy with what we created and so they asked how far outside of Cornwall we travel for our drone work. A few conversations later, we were heading up to North Wales - flying the foothills of Snowdonia.

We created two properties during our time in Wales, but our highlight of the trip was at Glynllifon Mansion. This abandoned, derelict mansion which is currently up for sale (butit does need a lot of work). Although it is hugely impressive from the ground, capturing the stunning building from the skies enabled us to show off the beautiful corner post statues, condition of the roof, views up to the mountains and down to the sea all in one unique drone property video.

Once again Duff & Phelps congratulated us on the excellent work. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
